In this context, we are looking for a:
Business Development Manager \xe2\x80\x93 South East Asia M/F
Permanent Contract - Based in Kuala Lumpur
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have to further develop Phosphea business activity in the field of animal feed market.
Your main tasks:
- Collect and analyze market information (competition, potential clients, regulatory monitoring\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Prospect and develop the client portfolio in the animal feed sector (integrators, feed millers, premix makers\xe2\x80\xa6);
- Build customer loyalty by establishing a privileged relationship with your customers by carrying our regular commercial tours: 50% of your time will be allocated to customers\xe2\x80\x99 visits;
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts in order to optimize your results (prices, margins, volumes and market share);
- Ensure the follow-up of commercial contracts, monitor customer satisfaction and needs;
- Ensure the correct processing of client orders, logistics and payments;
- Manage the P&L for your area;
- Provide technical advices and personalized support.
Your profile:
- Graduate or higher in International Business/International Sales
- 3-5 years of experience in sales of Agri/Agro products, preferably in Animal Feed/Health sector, with proven track records in -South-East Asia markets
- Results and business oriented
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Familiar with cultural and business practices in South-East Asian countries
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills, leadership building skills
- Autonomy and cross-cultural mindset
- Responsible, open and transparent
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
- Frequent business travel is required
