Our client is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking Business development manager, Modernization, Southeast Asia to join our Modernization team. Modernization improves the safety, reliability, and quality of existing elevators and escalators. This role is the business owner of modernization sales management model and sales performance, and of pricing performance. What will you be doing?

Responsible for deployment of sales management improvement processes and coaching of the sales.

Drives the pricing stream and pricing excellence model.

Identifies, researches, evaluates, and pursues business development opportunities together with the regional teams according to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s short and long-term business goals.

Ensures the successful development and implementation of organization wide business improvements in collaboration with other functions in the Frontline, Area, and Global offices.

Are you the one?

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required.

Minimum 3-10 years of experience in sales, sales management, or other relevant roles

Excellent English language skills.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix organization.

Experience in sales/ sales management in elevator, construction or relevant other B2B environment.

Experience in rolling out successful sales programs across different countries/ regional experiences.
