Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion for our payroll ecosystem solutions, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Promote the company's payroll and HR-related products and services to new and existing clients. Strengthen market positioning, increase market share, and drive sustainable financial growth. Build and manage key client relationships to improve sales performance and market penetration. Oversee and guide Business Development Executives in sales deals, business development activities, and marketing programs. Plan, organize, and execute marketing and promotional activities, including preparation of marketing collaterals. Analyze sales performance, billing data, and monthly collection reports, and provide regular updates to management. Review and improve operational processes and controls on an ongoing basis. Prepare weekly activity plans and perform other duties as assigned. Actively engage target markets, particularly factories, including on-site visits to promote and sell payroll ecosystem solutions.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in payroll, HR solutions, fintech, SaaS, or the HR industry is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in HR functions or working closely with HR teams will have an added advantage. Experience dealing with government bodies or government-linked entities is a plus.
