Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry.
Strong understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and client relationship management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
