Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to expand market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to stakeholders. Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry. Strong understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and client relationship management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
