Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role is located in Petaling Jaya with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in B2B sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the training and/or consulting industry is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
