Job description: We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development support to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales. The business development support responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails, telephones, and websites \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in products and services rendered by the business organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake and monitor researches to provide highly needed support for the business development team \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research and also make delivery on any intelligence that will have strong impact on proposition development for any new investment project of the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop good knowledge regarding priority sectors, like market routes and trends; this enables the organization improve on its effectiveness in service delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide required support for the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business development team, especially in activities relating to account management \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop operational contacts, which will provide needed support for the tasks undertaken by the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business development team \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the sales agents of the organization to complete clients visit reports and system development \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the business development manager in sales support when required by him/her \xe2\x80\xa2 Work under direction of the business development manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization\xe2\x80\x99s partners Requirements and key skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Mass Comm/Marketing/Business or related discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 More than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the media/PR/Communications industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with mainstream and social media landscape, and common key performance metrics \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in data manipulation and visualisation (word processor and spreadsheet software savvy, and familiar with various infographic and measurement tools) \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, problem solving, and report writing skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management and prioritisation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and has a positive attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent as well as a good team player Founded in 2006, NAMA which stands for News & Ads Monitoring Agency is a media monitoring company located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with an expanded footprint in Singapore since 2011.
