About the job Business Development Manager

Our Client is an internationally accredited, \xef\xbb\xbfmulti-disciplinary and tertiary care private hospital located in the Klang Valley Region. It was recognised in 2021 for its excellence as imperatives in the digital health industry. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire a dedicated, and experienced Business Development Manager to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops in identifying gaps and improvement opportunities that will improve customer experience and satisfaction (e.g. waiting time, process optimization etc.) and drive the organization towards customer centered services.
• Key liaison person for internal and/ or external stakeholders in implementing transformation programs.
• Drive change management in the organization via workshops, training and on-ground support.
• Responsible in project execution across the organisation and alignment with the program objectives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Assist his/her supervisor in developing and implementing strategies that are in alignment to the vision and mission of the organization.\xef\xbb\xbf
• Assist in the governance and reporting of progress of ongoing transformation projects to the relevant committee
• Support the company-wide implementation and adoption of related technology and digital capabilities that is aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by superior.\xef\xbb\xbf

\xef\xbb\xbfKey Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent practical experience in Healthcare Management, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Data Analysis, Digital Experience\xef\xbb\xbf
• At least 5-7 years relevant working experience and strong knowledge in the fields of healthcare operations
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong conceptual thinking, data-driven mindset, and excellent problem-solving capabilities to drive change management
• Possesses firm persuasion and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organisation
• Tech-savvy\xef\xbb\xbf
• Previous experience in implementation of Electronic Medical Record and/ or any healthcare technology is a plus
• Good Interpersonal Care and communication skills

Remunerations & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM8,000 to RM10,000
• Those with direct industry experience with higher salary bracket will be considered
