Job Description

Generate new business, negotiate deals and close contracts for Juwai.com & Juwai.asia - online property listing advertising portals: https://www.juwai.com/ and https://www.juwai.asia/my Identify and approach prospective clients such as local and overseas property developers, agencies, agents and owners. Desire to be on the phone, on social networks, and on email talking to prospects as much as possible. You will contact potential clients to establish relationship and arrange meetings. Provide value in all interactions with prospects and be someone they generally enjoy talking to. Strive for personalization and value delivered in all communications with prospects. Help prospects by educating them about the opportunities for which Juwai has solutions for their customer type, market, and interest level. Have a doctor-like attitude about guiding prospect to the right solution by asking questions to diagnose which solution would match their needs. You are responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies. Provide status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline information. You can manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skillful way You will keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years sales experience in sales/account management in e-commerce industry Experience in selling online subscription/advertisement /technology solutions/real estate company would be highly preferred Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude Demonstratable self-starter attitude Experience in outbound cold calling and sales activities through social media Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Experienced with working with a CRM system (Salesforce) for the tracking and management of sales activities and prospect data A good team player, responsible and supportive. While engaging in discussions, you actively listen and bring valuable thoughts or opinions.
