Position : Business Development Manager Location : Asia Jaya Salary : RM4,000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM5,000 Working hours : 5 days a week Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Generate new business, negotiate deals and close contracts for online listing advertising portals \xc2\xb7 Identify and approach prospective clients such as local and overseas developers, agencies, agents and owners. \xc2\xb7 Desire to be on the phone, on social networks, and on email talking to prospects as much as possible. \xc2\xb7 You will contact potential clients to establish relationship and arrange meetings. \xc2\xb7 Provide value in all interactions with prospects and be someone they generally enjoy talking to. \xc2\xb7 Strive for personalization and value delivered in all communications with prospects. \xc2\xb7 Help prospects by educating them about the opportunities for which company has solutions for their customer type, market, and interest level. \xc2\xb7 Have a doctor-like attitude about guiding prospect to the right solution by asking questions to diagnose which solution would match their needs. \xc2\xb7 You are responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies. \xc2\xb7 Provide status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline information. \xc2\xb7 You can manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skillful way \xc2\xb7 You will keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports Requirements \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years sales experience in sales/account management \xc2\xb7 Experience in selling online subscription/advertisement /technology solutions/real estate company would be highly preferred \xc2\xb7 Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude \xc2\xb7 Demonstrable self-starter attitude \xc2\xb7 Experience in outbound cold calling and sales activities through social media \xc2\xb7 Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin \xc2\xb7 Experienced with working with a CRM system (Salesforce) for the tracking and management of sales activities and prospect data \xc2\xb7 A good team player, responsible and supportive. While engaging in discussions, you actively listen and bring valuable thoughts or opinions. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
