\xe2\x80\xa2 Generate new business, negotiate deals and close contracts for Juwai.com & Juwai.asia - online property listing advertising portals: https://www.juwai.com/ and https://www.juwai.asia/my \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and approach prospective clients such as local and overseas property developers, agencies, agents and owners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Desire to be on the phone, on social networks, and on email talking to prospects as much as possible. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will contact potential clients to establish relationship and arrange meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide value in all interactions with prospects and be someone they generally enjoy talking to. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strive for personalization and value delivered in all communications with prospects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help prospects by educating them about the opportunities for which Juwai has solutions for their customer type, market, and interest level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a doctor-like attitude about guiding prospect to the right solution by asking questions to diagnose which solution would match their needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 You are responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline information. \xe2\x80\xa2 You can manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skillful way \xe2\x80\xa2 You will keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports. Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years sales experience in sales/account management in e-commerce industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in selling online subscription/advertisement /technology solutions/real estate company would be highly preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstratable self-starter attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in outbound cold calling and sales activities through social media \xe2\x80\xa2 Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced with working with a CRM system (Salesforce) for the tracking and management of sales activities and prospect data \xe2\x80\xa2 A good team player, responsible and supportive. While engaging in discussions, you actively listen and bring valuable thoughts or opinions.
