The objective of the job role: HOSPITALITY - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR HOTEL/AIRBNB/ NEW OPPORTUNITIES AT GOOGOLPLEX HOSPITALITY SDN BHD

• To implement an effective sales approach for our Hotel and Airbnb business. To strengthen client relationships and actively seek new opportunities in the hospitality industry to expand and boost company revenue.

:

• Foster and maintain relationships with existing Hotel/Airbnb clients by establishing rapport and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Plan and oversee all hotel and Airbnb marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
• Conduct research on organizations and individuals to identify new hotel/Airbnb business opportunities.
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones to expand our portfolio.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and stay up-to-date on hotel/Airbnb industry trends.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients to review, ensuring they meet their requirements.
• Set goals for the hotel/Airbnb development team and business growth, and ensure they are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop crisis management plans to ensure business continuity.
