Your primary responsibility will be identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build deep relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring our solutions meet their needs. With your keen understanding of our products and solutions, you\'ll efficiently acquire new corporate logos. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you\'ll present solutions that not only address client needs but also contribute to meeting your monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within real estate core sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on structured territory plans
  • Curate fit-for-purpose sales proposals delivering value propositions and potential ROI for clients
  • Track and provide timely updates on sales performances against assigned targets
  • Ensure highest standards of ethics and compliant behaviour in contract negotiations and client management
  • Develop deep relationships with decision-makers in prospective corporate logos
  • Establish a solid understanding of all aspects of the product and solutions to acquire new corporate logos efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to present solutions that address client needs
What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager role brings a wealth of B2B sales and business development experience, ideally within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment. You have a proven track record in acquiring new logos and consistently exceeding sales targets. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to network effectively with clients and within the business. You are coachable, eager to learn about our platform, product suites, processes, and stakeholders at an accelerated pace. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present and speak clearly and succinctly to new client prospects and internally. Proficiency in CRM tools and comfort with data analysis is essential. Ability to converse in Mandarin and an in-depth understanding of the Malaysian real estate market will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record as a solid performer in net new logo acquisition and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective networking abilities
  • Coachable attitude with willingness to learn about platform, product suites, processes, and stakeholders quickly
  • Strong communication skills with good presentation and speaking abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools
  • Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and ecosystem players in Malaysia is a plus
