Our suites offer a variety of hotel services that ensure our guests are provided with five star accommodations for their stay. We are dedicated to bringing a spacious, comfortable, and hotel-like experience to the guests at rates that offer great value. Our objective is to increase rentals and property value for landlords while providing a great value alternative to tourists and business travellers. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in Malaysia with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, managing contracts, negotiating deals, and generating revenue. They will also lead the sales team to set and achieve revenue targets, develop sales strategies and marketing programs, and oversee the daily operations of the sales department. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and revenue generation Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
