You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with motor manufacturers and acts as single window and ensures the business growth in the SEA region; supported with required approvals from the motor manufacturers for brand, product and price. This role is also responsible for business development in CT & LIC business.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the key accounts.
Renewal of MM Contracts
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
Approval from new MMs
Understand the key account\xe2\x80\x99s requirement, coordinate with technical and training team to get the approvals
Drive and coordinate with the field team to get the necessary inputs from secondary sales, audit reports etc
Drives initiatives to build and maintain the relationship with the key accounts such as organizing specific training programs, regular reporting to key accounts on various initiatives taken by the Companies in servicing their dealers
Proactively support key accounts for key body and paint initiatives
Identify and win new business.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree is a minimum
10+ years of experience in business development
Experience in dealing with large accounts and OEMs
Have an exposure in channel management
Good in networking, communication, presentation skill
Should possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently
Should be able to drive initiatives with virtual teams
Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets
Fluency in spoken Mandarin and English is a must
