Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the solar energy market and increase revenue.
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting solar products and solutions, while ensuring timely collection of payments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals with commercial, industrial, and residential solar clients.
Monitor and follow up on project orders, payment schedules, system approvals, and timely issue resolution.
Participate in client meetings, prepare customized solar proposals and quotations, and manage sales related documentation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and emerging trends in renewable energy.
Conduct technical presentations, solar product demonstrations, and system briefings for potential clients and stakeholders.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings, services, and understand evolving market demands.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skill, outgoing personality & able to work under pressure and fast pace environment.
Minimum 2 years in sales or business development.
Language Proficiency - English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
