Business Development Manager (SEA Region)

What You'll Do

Champion business growth by expanding our

semiconductor or medical manufacturing portfolio

Manage and nurture

key customer accounts

, building trusted partnerships Provide

market insights, forecasts, and sales reports

to influence strategy Collaborate with internal teams on

pricing, costing, and engineering solutions

Represent us at

international trade shows and industry events

, strengthening our regional presence
What We're Looking For

3+ years' proven experience

in sales or business development within

semiconductor or medical manufacturing

(NOT healthcare/hospital services) Strong track record in

account management, revenue growth, and project leadership

Existing

network or connections

in the manufacturing sector is a big plus Technical understanding of

product drawings, costing, and manufacturing processes

Strong communicator and negotiator with leadership potential Degree in

Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Based in

i-Park, Kulai, Johor (Subject to change)

, with readiness to

travel regionally

Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia (

no work visa sponsorship required

)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
