Research industry trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory or market changes to inform business strategy.
Strategy & Planning
Develop, propose, and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth goals. Set targets, budgets, and plans.Maintain and deepen existing client relationships. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.Create business proposals, presentations, pitches, and pricing models to win new deals.Lead negotiation of contracts, partnership agreements, pricing, etc., ensuring deals are profitable and aligned with company policies.Work with marketing, operations, product (if applicable), finance, legal, etc., to ensure smooth execution of new opportunities or partnerships.Use KPIs to monitor business development activity. Prepare regular reports for senior management on lead generation, conversion rates, revenue, forecast, market feedback, etc.Manage budgets allocated for business development (travel, client events, marketing support, etc.). Ensure efficient use of resources.Explore and establish partnerships or collaborations that can enhance Company offerings or reach. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is an advantage (especially for Manager level).
Some years (depending on level) of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good analytical skills -- ability to interpret market data, financials, and draw actionable insights.
Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, with ability to work independently and as part of the team.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel), perhaps some experience with digital marketing or sales tools.
Flexibility to travel or meet clients when needed.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
