Research clients, sectors, and market trends to support BD planning and proposals.
Analyse client data to identify re-engagement and cross-selling opportunities, supporting proactive outreach to strengthen relationships and grow the business.
Support Partners in identifying new potential clients or contacts and recommend outreach strategies.
Track BD efforts and manage information using CRM tools and other resources.
Client Engagement
Support Partners in planning and executing tailored client outreach and follow-ups.
Coordinate events and leverage the firm's memberships or networks to uncover new opportunities.
Branding & Marketing
Assist in executing branding and positioning initiatives aligned with the firm's goals.
Support the profiling of the firm, its Partners, and its practice areas across various platforms (e.g. social media, awards, publications, speaking engagements).
Ensure consistency and quality across firm branding materials and communications.
Requirements:
Min degree in Marketing, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of Business Development and Marketing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems or digital platforms is a bonus
