Thorough knowledge and understanding of the advertising and/or media industry, including trends, best practices, and key players in the market. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, including understanding their needs and providing creative solutions that meet those needs. Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting revenue, with a data-driven approach to measuring and analyzing sales performance. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management teams, to develop and execute client solutions.
