We are looking for a Business &Development Operation Manager
The purpose of the line organization is to enable WirelessCar customer deliveries through workforce management and making WirelessCar the best possible workplace for our employees. The Business &Development Operation Manager are responsible for supporting the development of our employees, creating an inspiring, forward-looking climate. You will manage a group of employees and consultants located in Chengdu, China. We offer you

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop employees and provide career development planning and opportunities.
• Communicate, ensure understanding of and motivate employees to contribute to WirelessCar\'s short- and long-term goals and objectives
• Communicate with business stakeholders to clarify requirement. Secure recruitment and hiring talent to fill team positions.
• Secure resource management, ensuring that the right competence and resource availability exists for our customer program or product delivery organization.
• Overall govern office operation. Working together with Key stakeholders in Beijing so to secure smooth office operation in Chengdu office.
• Involve in local activity planning, such as NEO for new employee, ISO audit, local TB, Annual Party, Spirit Workshop etc. Driving local suppliers to cooperate together with Beijing team if needed.
• Work closely with Beijing and Sweden. Provide local updates and development input, and implement necessary new process/tools etc. in local office.

Who are you?

• We believe you have a minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in line management and a background within IT and leading leaders in an agile organization.
• You most likely have a technical education and experience from software development, but regardless you show great interest in technology.
• You show great leadership skills and enjoy coaching people to grow, get things done, do not feel restricted by organizational boundaries and are always prepared to contribute leading WirelessCar into the future.
• You have hands-on experience of "setup", project setup, team setup or activity preparation setup. Understand the key points and risk during starting phase from practical perspective.
• You have passion and pursuit of your own career. People can feel ownership and engagement from your daily work, and would like to cooperate with you in any case.
