JOB DESCRIPTION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER(INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM) Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Develop, refine and execute repeatable sales process, reporting and forecasting sales pipeline. \xc2\xb7 Achieve growth and hit sales target \xc2\xb7 Design and implement a strategic business plan that expand company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure its strong presence. \xc2\xb7 Self-recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales personnel. \xc2\xb7 Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs. \xc2\xb7 Provide professional advice on space planning & design conceptualization to client. \xc2\xb7 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. \xc2\xb7 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with Procurement/Quantity Surveyor team, Design team and Project team to ensure timely and quality project completion. \xc2\xb7 Contribute to office initiatives, activity and philanthropy efforts. \xc2\xb7 Assist development online business development. \xc2\xb7 To follow up on Wed inquiries, pre-quality lead & develop to the point of hand off for sales \xc2\xb7 To follow up with prospects who have responded to our marketing activities (events, webcasts, ads, collateral on Company website) \xc2\xb7 Responsible to identify, research & develop future business development opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to do preparing project site meeting. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation including contracts or agreements \xc2\xb7 Undertake other special assignment, add hoc functions and related duties specified by department Skills
