Job Responsibilities

Support the identification of potential retail locations aligned with brand and customer profiles. Assist in managing the leasing pipeline across different markets and property types. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and leasing agents to access prime sites. Assist in lease negotiations, review of legal documents, and ensure lease agreements meet business objectives. Coordinate with the fit-out team and mall management to ensure smooth site handovers, adherence to mall requirements, and timely store openings. Maintain knowledge of mall policies, work closely with mall management and fit-out teams to facilitate store setups. Help oversee maintenance activities at retail stores to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Track location performance metrics and support renewal or expansion opportunities. Maintain records of leasing activities, pipeline status, and commercial terms.

Job Requirement

Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Real Estate / Administration / Marketing or equivalent. Mininum 3 years working experience in Leasing, Business Development, or relevant position preferably in retail or mall leasing environment Existing industry contacts including retailers, property developers, and leasing agent is a plus. Good understanding of retail leasing markets, location strategies, and coordination with mall management and fit-out teams. Possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, and good business networking will be an advantage
