Key Responsibilities * To establish and develop close working relationship with business partners, distributors and online partners within Malaysian market. Immediate focus in Selangor (including KL), followed by Johor, Melaka, Pulau Pinang and Pe Key Responsibilities To establish and develop close working relationship with business partners, distributors and online partners within Malaysian market. Immediate focus in Selangor (including KL), followed by Johor, Melaka, Pulau Pinang and Perak. To develop their sales efficiency and maximize the sales. Liasie with local companies and agencies for participation and representation in trade fairs and exhibitions (e.g. TCE Baby Fair) Hold regular performance and planning reviews with channel partners and sales team to ensure company sales quota and targets are met Analyse the strength and weaknesses of current POS and be able to develop a sales and business strategy. Ensuring visual merchandising at partner POS kept to company standard. Working closely with Management on sales activity and be part of trade fairs and shows. Constantly providing constructive feedback and sales analysis to the Management on various operational and marketing aspects. Understand the market and business on a deep level, spending time with business partners and sharing insights with Management. Candidate to be based 2 weeks in Malaysia and 2 weeks in Singapore per month. Key Requirements: Detailed understanding of the Malaysia Mom and Baby industry in order to: a) Develop a sales and business strategy for premium baby brands in Malaysian market b) Onboard retailers from General, Traditional and Online Markets suitable to retail premium baby brands c) Represent and advise Management on the best sales and marketing approaches, and negotiate on behalf of the company
