JOB SUMMARY

  • Servicing: Connect & build relationships with customer while understanding their needs. Maintain relationship with internal team for support of product delivery.
  • Marketing: Understanding the product internally & what it takes for the market to buy. Receive feedbacks from the market & advice the management how to improve base on customers/potential clients\' needs.
  • Sales: Able to ensure payment collection as per company\'s policy. Ensuring products delivered are promised quality & met with time. Obtain relevant feedbacks from customer/end-users
  • Reporting: Able to present highlights & key updates to the management using Microsoft Office products. Studying local & if possible global needs via open source reports.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Able to present product (both hands-on & via presentation).
  • Grasp the product and market (especially locally).
  • Understand licenses requirement to sell the product.
  • Ensure QA/QC performed well before delivery.
  • Managing customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs/ enquiries.
  • Know how to sell the product & read customers\' reaction.
  • To be able to generate required sales/ market report to company.
  • Able to conduct meeting with Client, Director (physical/ zoom).
  • Able to build relationship with internal team.
  • Must be willing to travel locally/ overseas.
  • Understand company policy & follow
JOB REQUIRMENTS
  • Minimum academic qualification Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneur or equivalent and related to job with minimum 5 years experiences in equivalent industries.
  • Converse well (Fluent) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Experiences in operational healthcare setting will be an added advantage.
  • Proven record in executing lead generation campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Able to work independently & proactively
  • Extroverts - Excellent in Public Relation/ Customer Services especially interaction with people of all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who excels in an unstructured environment, that is able to set their own goals and drive their own roadmap.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and decision making skills to liaise with Clients and Customers.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits:
