Position Overview: We are looking for a business development executive who will be in charge of driving and executing the firm\'s business development initiatives, which ranges from managing the Firm\'s social media accounts and website; as well as client events and talks. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business development opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and increasing the firm\'s visibility within the legal industry and target markets. Remuneration Package: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month with attractive benefits. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field. Track record in business development within the legal industry or related field would be given preference. Familiar with CRM tools and social media tools such as Canva, Wordpress and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (if possible). Able to undertake basic design responsibilities for business development materials. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Overseeing and managing the regular posting on the social media accounts. Liaising with the relevant service providers for (i) updates to the website; and (ii) obtaining relevant content/design. Liaising with members of the firm and external parties in gathering and preparing content, for promotional purposes or otherwise. Managing the structure, design and framework for all digital contents, and ensuring that they are in accordance with the branding of the firm. 2. Business Development Initiatives Organising and managing all firm events. Manage submission process for legal awards and rankings. Preparation and management of all materials for business development purposes, such as profile, biography and presentation deck. Identify and build on potential collaboration and strategic partnerships with other businesses and professionals. Managing interviews and correspondences pertaining to sponsorships. Obtaining feedback on legal services from clients to identify areas for improvement. Gather testimonials from clients on their experiences with the firm.
