Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be integral in driving the growth and expansion of DashAdd. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships, and ensuring that KPI targets are consistently met. This role is key to helping DashAdd achieve its revenue goals and expand its market presence.

Key Responsibilities



Achieve KPI Targets:

- Own the responsibility for meeting and exceeding KPI targets as defined by the company's business objectives.

- Track and report on progress towards monthly and quarterly sales and business development goals.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities by researching markets and industries.

- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and networking events.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a structured sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals.

- Effectively present DashAdd's AI-driven financial tools to potential clients and partners.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

- Act as a liaison between clients and the DashAdd internal team to ensure client needs are addressed promptly.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends and opportunities for DashAdd's product offerings.

- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain DashAdd's competitive advantage.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and company goals.

- Provide feedback from the market and customers to the product team for continuous product improvement.

- Execute any task given by HOD or Top Management

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and track key performance indicators.

- Monitor sales activities and forecast future revenue opportunities based on market insights.

Qualifications and Skills



- min Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the tech, financial, or SaaS industry.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in closing deals.

- Familiarity with AI tools, financial dashboards, and CRM systems is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
