We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Georgetown, Penang. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with management to identify, develop, and execute strategies that drive business growth and partnerships.

The Business Development Specialist will focus on lead generation, market research, customer service, and partnership building to support the expansion and client success.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, client needs, and industry trends. Generate and qualify leads through various sales and marketing channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement growth strategies. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Achieve business development targets and report on progress regularly. Support brand building and client engagement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales. Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Demonstrated track record in building partnerships and driving growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
