Key Responsibilities
- Identify & onboard independent hotels and property partners
- Present business solutions and value propositions
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
- Build long-term relationships with partners
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly & quarterly KPIs
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Hospitality or related field
- 1-3 years of Business Development or Sales experience
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Willing to travel within assigned territory
- Self-driven and target-oriented
