Job Description

Responsibilities: To assist HOD in executing all business development and planning activities for KVG Group. Perform commercial viability, financial and valuation analysis, due diligence, have a sound understanding of SWOT and Risk Analysis; prepare the reports, and provide a recommendation to key Management for corporate growth. To prepare the business & strategic plans such as corporate presentations and paperwork for the company\xe2\x80\x99s existing and future businesses. Assist the key Management in the undertaking of analysis to determine project evaluation, including finding and developing new markets and products To be involved in new business development, build and maintain relationships with business partners, key stakeholders. Communicating with and obtaining information regularly from across all departments within the organisation. Project compliance reporting, monitoring of investments, and other reporting. Be able to review commercial agreements and contracts matters, compliance and regulatory matters. Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration/ Finance or related areas.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience for executive, 5 years and above with at least 2 years leadership experience\xe2\x80\x99s for Manager role, especially in Business Development.
• (Exposure to market research and investment process is preferable)
• Sound knowledge in financial modelling and risk analysis; and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with stakeholders, authorities, etc.
• Good communications skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and spoken.
• Initiative, results-driven and able to work independently.
• Team player, adaptive in challenging situations and able to undertake diversified tasks and responsibilities.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Value-seeking, creative-driven innovative and resourceful who is quick to explore opportunities and alternatives.
