The Position

In this role, the successful candidate will work with the Obesity Business Unit to build the business development strategic plans and input into the overall obesity plan.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop weight management services in key institutions and other potential partners
  • Drive continuous campaigns to raise awareness about Obesity among People living with Obesity
  • Develop tactics and implementation roadmap to support the obesity strategy via key projects; anticipate and adapt action plans according to business needs, excelling in making things happen through diligent and timely follow-up
  • Demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen. Significant experience in the identification and conversion of opportunities supporting increasing sales through business development
  • Participate in and contribute effectively to team meetings, national conferences & cross-functional project groups for Novo Nordisk
  • Engage with key external partners and works in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the implementation of parts of the local business plan appropriate to the role
Qualifications
  • You are an experienced professional and should have at least 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  • You must hold a University Degree in any science, business-related, or equivalent. You should have excellent command over written and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet business deadlines. You have knowledge of the healthcare system, key institutions, the private market, and clinical practice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships at all levels through continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Excellent communication with a curious mind, positive mindset and good learning appetite.
