Key Responsibilities
Conduct
training programs, onboarding classes, and motivational sessions
(online & offline).
Deliver
training modules
to agents and ensure knowledge transfer.
Prepare and update
training materials, slides, and handouts
.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide
feedback reports
to management.
Organize and coordinate
training logistics
(venue, materials, schedules).
Support recruitment activities and assist in
agent development programs
.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth program execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Minimum
2 training sessions per week
.
Monthly
agent recruitment & performance reports
submitted.
At least
10% monthly growth
in active agents.
Positive feedback from agents and leaders after each program.
Requirements
Age:
25 years and above
(we welcome both young trainers and experienced professionals).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in
sales, training, MLM, insurance, property, or coaching
is an advantage.
Energetic, charismatic, and willing to travel for outstation programs.
Creative with fresh ideas for training modules and activities.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and inspire others.
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required)
Wide networking connections (MLM, cooperatives, universities, entrepreneur communities).
Skilled in
social media tools
(FB Live, TikTok, Canva, PowerPoint).
Experience managing large teams (>50 people).
