Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power tools, hardware, and construction sectors.
Promote the company's range of power tools, accessories, and industrial solutions to both existing and potential clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and end-users.
Provide excellent customer service and technical product knowledge to support customer needs and inquiries.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Visit client sites regularly to strengthen business relationships and explore new sales opportunities.
3. Marketing & Product Promotion
Support marketing activities such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing and product team to launch new tools, accessories, or equipment.
Collect feedback from customers to help improve product performance and market positioning.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, after-sales service) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor credit control and ensure payments are collected on time according to company policy.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience in
sales or business development
, preferably in
power tools, industrial equipment, or construction-related industries
.
Strong knowledge of power tools and their applications in construction, manufacturing, or maintenance sectors.
Proven sales track record with good negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various customer levels (dealers, engineers, contractors, end-users).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently within assigned territories.
