Hays Malaysia is looking for Business Director to be based in KLCC! Your new location \'Malaysia truly Asia\' - Malaysia is an amazing mix of national heritage and modern, cosmopolitan cities. Your new office Hays KLCC office over 90+ people in our agency business. There are currently seven specialisms: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Sales, Marketing & Digital and Legal. The office is based in the heart of the capital with major banking and commercial headquarters across peninsular Malaysia based here. The KLCC team is a great mix of local and international talent, with a strong management layer grown from locally hired graduate trainees and associate consultants. There is high engagement in company initiatives (CSR, sports, month-end parties) this is truly a fun, positive, and \'work hard, play hard\' environment. What new role Reporting to the Regional Director of Malaysia, you will be responsible for the continued growth and performance of the KLCC business. With expansion opportunities across all industries as well as geographic sectors, we will be looking to you to identify, plan and execute long-term growth strategies. Continued development of your management team to enable this growth will be key. In addition, you will need to work closely with business partners and the senior leadership team in the region on change projects and other country/region wide initiatives to enhance Hays presence and impact across the SEA market. The successful candidate should have a track record of leading and developing large, high-performance teams across multi-specialisms. You should be able to show achievement in opening new sectors, improving revenue/headcount/productivity metrics, developing managers and driving high engagement and retention across a diverse business. Ambition, growth mindset, strategic market vision, cultural awareness and strong leadership coaching skills will be key attributes for this role.
