Business Excellence Team responsible to manage, oversee and organize the execution of training programs to Direct Labor that involve Manufacturing operational department through internal programs.

Develop and refine processes and services to keep up with ongoing manufacturing process to ensure achievement of key objectives for substrate hard disc manufacturing.

About the role - you will:

• Working as a team with other Trainers/Engineers Manufacturing from different designated area
• Perform to meet departmental goals targets
• Provide good quality services to Operational Team
• Deliver all relevant documentation systems used in the Substrate hard disc manufacturing
• Observation on process activities after training implementation and provide improvement if needed.
• Manage of inventory, budget allocation, procurement system, transportation arrangement, surplus and scrap activity.

About you:

Your experience includes:

• Currently pursuing a Business, MBA, Management, Economics, Business/Administration
• Self-motivated, good communication skills, independent and a team player with strong analytical
• Fresh graduates or a year experience is added advantage with working knowledge
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office
