All about the role: This role involves working closely with the GFSS KL Project & Operational Excellence Manager and Operational Excellence Lead, focusing on process clocking, and supporting efforts to streamline and realign productivity within our organization. This is a learning-oriented position and will be under close supervision/guidance and mentorship throughout the internship period. What youu2019ll do: As an Operational Excellence Intern, you are responsible to - Perform Process Clocking and analysis including conduct time and motion studies to measure and analyze current processes, collect, and document data on process times and operational sequences. Also assist in compiling bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Support Operational Excellence team in developing strategies and framework specifically collecting, analyzing, and tabulating information to showcase as findings/recommendations. Support Regional online Approval system & Delegation of Authority data cleanup initiatives for APAC MEA countries. Supporting, if required, other activities Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by senior management. Who you are: Candidates must possess at least a bacheloru2019s degree in business studies Fluent/Excellent English written and spoken Proficient in MS Office Taking ownership and responsibility of outstanding issues and queries Organizational and conceptual skills Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong time management Ability to work under pressure Excellent communicational and inter-personal skills Where youu2019ll be: You will be based in our Petaling Jaya office and you will be part of our Process & Automation Team As part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
