This role will will report to the Regional Head of Delivery of Asia Pacfic, and will be part of the APAC Delivery Leadership Team.. Within these teams, the Operational Excellence Director will take responsibility for driving efficiency and innovation across a group of countries, with a laser focus on measurable outcomes which impact our P&L and improve our client experience. Key Responsibilities : Establish an operational strategy which enables operational excellence, business growth and ensures operational resilience; Effectively prioritize investment and improvement opportunity to deliver the business objectives; Deliver a complex portfolio of projects including digital, which improves the client experience, reduces our risk and delivers tangible financial outcomes; Ensure standard operational KPIs are understood and utilized to inform decision making; Manage directly a team of 5-10 Operational Excellence market leads, and a wider indirect team. Build a continuous improvement capability and mindset across our Operations leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology, focusing on Visual Management, coaching & capacity planning; Transform data into insights which align with the future vision and improve operational performance; Partner with the IT function to innovate service delivery and embed new technology, championing this change to overcome resistance; Identify shifting needs and drive to overcome obstacles in building consensus for change; Own the 1st line of defense ensuring all controls are effective for ISAE3402, ISO27001, ERM & BCM Key Requirements : Experience in operational excellence leadership at a senior level in a multi-country team Proven skills in handling ambiguity and assimilating complex overlapping initiatives/concepts Track record in managing a complex mix of projects, including automation, to deliver tangible results Experience in partnering with IT teams to embed new technology & change ways of working Experience in establishing governance to ensure an effective control framework Track record in implementing Lean tools and automation into a services environment Well versed to communicate with and influence C-Suite stakeholders Programme Management Certification is preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is highly desirable Fluent, clear and concise in English written and oral communication; Strategic thinker Results focused and solution oriented Ability to collaborate and to drive change in an international matrix environment across a broad set of cultures and business practices; What\'s in it for you: Make an impact Our global presence in more than 80 countries allows you to impact how global and diverse clients do business as well as give back to the global communities we operate in Be part of One TMF At TMF Group, it\'s our people who make us who we are.
