All about the role

  • Supporting Operation Excellence Manager to drive process improvement and cost reduction within Electrolux Shared Services through standardization, rationalization, and automation of accounting processes.
  • Promoting CI/onbeat and knowledge sharing within Shared Services and with other functions in BA APAC & MEA
What you\'ll do:

As an Automation & Operational Excellence Lead, you are responsible to
  • Cooperate with GFSS Global Automation team to leverage from existing Global Automations
  • Coordinate assessment of Automation potential for RPA and non-RPA scope
  • Ensure associated opportunity assessment and documentation methodologies are followed
  • Map processes by producing the PDD/SDD and create streamlined dialogue between process expert and developer
  • Perform pre-verification walkthrough of the automation before proceeding to UAT
  • Support in identification and prioritization of Robotics opportunities and analysis of the potential
  • Involve key business and IT stakeholders to clarify the process
  • Assess the process landscape, sorting processes by feasibility and potential for automation
  • Lead process workshops to identify and validate automation opportunities
  • Estimate benefits and costs and create business case to support the implementation decision
  • Ensure documentation is maintained in line with RPA governance model
  • Periodically report quality results and control progress in corrective/improvement actions deployment
  • Work hand in hand with continuous improvement team and analyze existing process inefficiencies to identify process automation opportunities, quality, andefficiency improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to find root causes of existing inefficiencies, develop, and implement solutions
  • Contribute to realization of the targets and tasks within the operational excellence team.
  • Ensuring that productivity and quality of service meets customers\' expectations
  • Actively undertaking activities to increase own competency portfolio
  • Coordinating of deployment any new Automation requests raised by stakeholders.
  • Supporting, if required, other business areas
  • Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by senior management.
Who You Are
  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in business studies/ Information System.
  • At least 3 years in related field with SAP experience.
  • Experience with BPM / RPA tools a plus. (BPM - Business Process Management RPA = Robotic Process Automation)
  • Solid knowledge of the continuous improvement methodologies and its application
  • Robust knowledge about automation of accounting processes via desktop automations (VBA, macros, scripts) and Robotic Process Automation software
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Experienced with Shared Service or Outsourcing Centre environment, people, project & change management as well as working in a multicultural, international environment, understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and the regulatory environment
  • Fluent/Excellent English written and spoken
  • MS Office, SAP (or the other ERP system) knowledge
