Optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization and improving business performance through process re-engineering.
Major duties and responsibilities
Develop roadmap and strategies on business process re-engineering, in alignment with organizational goals and business plans.
Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other functions seamlessly to leverage entire organization for maximum benefit.
Evaluate and implement robotics or process automation to reduce or eliminate the need of manual interventions.
Facilitate cross-functional teams in the analysis of processes, identification of inefficiencies, and the development of solutions to streamline operations.
Conduct branch visits and execute process reviews to share best practices nationwide and achieve an efficient target operating model.
Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and systems for tracking and reporting on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
Lead the organization\'s change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across all departments.
Develop and execute Forward projects that deliver efficiency savings across the organization.
Mentor and coach operational excellence team members and other staff in continuous improvement practices and philosophies.

Experience
Minimum 10 years\' experience in insurance industry or related
Exposure to significant and large process improvement projects with tangible business outcomes
Qualifications
Lean, Six Sigma, or other equivalent qualifications/designations on process improvement
Tertiary education or higher in Operations, Business Administration, or other related fields
