• Responsible and accountable in providing best solution in ensuring data management is clean and on time including data visualisation that can help business decision making.
• Guardian to total Sales Excellence Team in ensuring team is focused on end game and moving towards driving know how and why to meet the priorities.
• Accountable to de-average/ plan and ensure right measurement matrix of total SET plan and enhance plan to meet business objective.
• Key driver in cascading / highlight areas to watch out to total sales team relating to key business measures such as inventories, channels, SFE measures, DOM measures.
• Plan and monitor merchandisers efficiencies and coverage plan to ensure highest ROI in all execution.
• Plan and monitor Product Advisor plan and strategies with constant post eval and tracking to tweak strategy to maximise ROI.
• Accountable in all negotiations with key partners be it Data and System suppliers, CPA agencies, training etc.
• Manages Sales Force Excellence of Distributor team to ensure right guiding principles is being set/ track to max output.
• To think out of box in ways to uplift skills and competencies of team according to gaps of team that require improvement.
• Key data provider to Sales Director and CODIs to help decision making and identify potential risks.
• Bachelor\'s Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
• Preferably at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with SFE and SFA or Trade Sales Commercial Excellence experience.
• Have experience leading team.
• Field sales experience or key accounts is added advantage.
• Good in data analytics, Good sense of numbers, SFE experiences and Power BI management.
