Job description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with different departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Analyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive process and digital transformation strategies to improve customer experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields of study.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting (Must) and MNC/ financial services.
- Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering, process innovation, process modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and people management.
- Certified Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma would be an added advantage.
