The Business Executive plays a dual role in supporting both corporate-level business functions and executive operational needs. This position is responsible for driving corporate initiatives, coordinating strategic projects, and managing business documentation while also providing comprehensive administrative and executive support. The role requires strong organisational skills, business acumen, and the ability to work closely with senior management to ensure smooth daily operations, effective communication, and timely execution of corporate priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing corporate strategies, annual plans, and key business initiatives.
Assist in conducting market research, business analysis, and data gathering to support decision-making.
Assist in preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, and business papers for management and board review.
Coordinate and monitor strategic corporate projects to ensure timely execution.
Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing) and external partners to support project deliverables.
Track progress, identify issues, and prepare project updates for senior management.
Manage the executive's daily schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Draft and review corporate documents, letters, memos, and official communications.
Support the executive in maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and corporate counterparts.
Represent the Executive Office in meetings, events, and engagements when required.
Organise corporate events, meetings, briefings, and internal engagements.
Undertake any additional tasks or special projects as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
High competency in MS Office, presentation tools, and document preparation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact confidently in professional, formal, and social environments.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Well-presented, adaptable, and comfortable attending corporate or social events.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
