Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is exclusively partnered with multinational organization who is well established in providing supply chain consultancy and logistics services. The client is looking for a Business Insights Manager with at least 10 years of experience within the field of business performance/insights and strategy.

Job summary
The client acts as a pivotal connector between data models, solutions, and business decisions & strategy. You will lead the creation of internal and external business cases including solution design, price modelling, continuous improvement, and process optimisation. You will be the heart of the Client's success, and the Client is committed by doing things all analysts have in common - a strong drive, curiosity & creative thinking, expert analytical skills and team spirit.

Key job responsibilities include:

Business Insights

• Drive the transformation of data to insights to action by integrating multiple data sources and translating complex analytic to enable better business decision making in real-time.
• Lead and coach the Commercial Business Insights Team including:- Nurture, grow and retain the Team; Development of process guide (SOP); Contribute to team collaboration & communication approach and general team activities; and Contribute to new process design & implementation, improvement and operational excellence standards.
• Design & build innovative data and analytics solutions to support the Company's unique and complex operational and business priorities.
• Generate insights from disparate data sources and external trend to understand business performance, identify

opportunities & vulnerability and drive growth.

• Lead the development of reports and dashboard that present results in a real-time and clear manner (i.e. internal & external facing reports).

Data Strategy & Advanced Analytics

• Create predictive models to identify insights from trend that impact the business.
• Subject matter expert with data sources and tools.
• Partner with IT & Finance Team to design and implement data governance and integrity process within the business.
• Be a key contributor to identify and drive best practices for data strategy & management, analytical processes and

reporting solutions.

• Lead the development and application of predictive system and machine learning algorithms that will facilitate trend analysis and scenario modelling.
• Support and promote a data lead culture, using data and analytics to drive decision making across Commercial team.

General

• Ensure activities carried out in line with governance rules & processes.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Other tasks as requested by your manager.

Key Job requirements include:

• Bachelor's in logistics, supply chain or commercial discipline preferred
• Minimum 10 years industry experience in commercially focus role within Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing and FMCG industry.
• Freight experience ideal (strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to identify and introduce process improvements
• Highly developed communications skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to influence all levels of management
• A collaborative and team-oriented individual who embraces challenges and can build stakeholder relationship
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Display energy and enthusiasm - self-starter who constantly push themselves to raise the bar
• Advanced MS Office skills; High IT competency, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience mentoring/leading a team (strongly preferred)
• Professional conduct and presentation
• Experience producing high quality reports & dashboard
