The Business Intelligence Manager reports into the Head of Analytics EMEA and is responsible for collecting, aggregating, and reporting business investment data (client, supplier and Publicis product investment). The Business Intelligence Manager will be successful and enjoy the role if he/she has an inquisitive problem-solving mind, excellent attention to detail, and can build strong working relationships with stakeholders. Publicis Media\'s reporting continually evolves and improves so there is significant creative scope to develop new skills and apply new tools. Key responsibilities : Managing business investment data across a multi-market remit Ensuring that local market contacts deliver a range of reports on time and to a sufficient standard Using Alteryx to aggregate and clean data on a periodic basis Updating multiple PowerBI dashboards Responding to requests for data and inquiries into the figures from all areas of the business Qualifications Essential Experience : Excellent Excel skills. A test exercise will take place as part of the interview process. The candidate must be comfortable with large datasets, formulas, and pivot tables. Background in digital advertising with proven reporting experience A good understanding of all Agency media types and key suppliers An aptitude for learning to use reporting/dashboarding tools Desired additional Experience: Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline An interest in statistics Familiarity with Alteryx Experience building or using PowerBI dashboards Additional Remark: Priority will be given to candidates who are Malaysia residents or ciitizens.
