POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Intern to support our team across a range of business functions, with a focus on sales-related activities. In this role, you'll assist with day-to-day operations, help drive business development initiatives, and support internal processes. You'll gain hands-on experience in both administrative and sales functions, making this an excellent opportunity to build a well-rounded business skill set. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn will be key to your success.

Responsibility:

Lead Identification: Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects to expand our customer base. Database Management: Help maintain and update organized records of customers, prospects, and business contacts. Meeting Participation: Join sales or business meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights. Daily Coordination: Support the team in day-to-day business operations, including preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and handling follow-up actions. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales and business planning.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields. CGPA: 3.0 and above preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels. Eagerness to learn, adaptable to different tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
