Responsible for quality, service and cost within the assigned line of business across the following creative/marketing activities:
Tier 1 creative marketing campaigns
Tier 2 medium and high complexity creative projects
Provision of support for corporate initiatives across Tier 1 & 2 complexity creative projects (where required)
Additional Responsibilities
Works actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of internal client service from the Agency team
Champion creativity and customer-centric approach
Manages and supervises direct and indirect reports, harnessing their development and performance, in a manner that assures maximum efficiency
Actively works with the Creative Director & Director of Project Management in coordinating the effective allocation of resource, facilitating information from colleagues, business managers and staff
Supports the Creative Director in reviewing and auditing the work of the creative/design team to ensure the Agency processes are followed, driving maximum efficiency, productivity, and the maintenance of the highest quality of creative concept, design and artwork
Acts as brand guardian to ensure all work produced is faithful to the business\'s divisional needs and that the work aligns to the company-wide strategy the creative projects ladder up to
Oversees and coordinates the sharing of knowledge and the facilitation of learning within the division and EM Agency to improve business practices, refine processes, aid, and promote the development of creative ideas and introduce new services
Responsible for excellence in client service, understanding and then undertaking the appropriate communication, action and personal presentation as required by our values
Oversees and manages the timely delivery of all jobs / projects going through the division, always taking into consideration the BPs requirements and expectations - ensuring all projects for the respective division are being executed on strategy, on time and on budget
Serves as the business partner\'s advocate within Enterprise Marketing
Serves as liaison with outside consultants and agencies as needed

Minimum and Preferred Education
A degree in Marketing/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience
Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills
5-10+ years\' experience of working in large/matrix organizations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements, preferably within a creative environment
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship development skills
Experience in controlling and managing budgets
Significant experience in marketing programme management in a corporate environment
Adept in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Tools
