Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years\' experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for effective coordination of project transfers from Japan HQ

Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region
Conduct demand planning based on customer\'s requirements and forecasts
Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination
Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan HQ
Develop a good understanding of customer products and supply chain
