This intern role mainly is on all the business administrative task support for food service department on sales administrative, operational matters, sampling requisitions, report analysis (forecast, sales and stocks) and some marketing related matter This intern role mainly is on all the business administrative task support for food service department on sales administrative, operational matters, sampling requisitions, report analysis (forecast, sales and stocks) and some marketing related matters on simple artwork (OEM), project coordination (OEM) and social media marketing posting contents. Job Responsibilities: Assist on all the export related matters - sampling, documentations. Assist on TPM (promo creation) related matters - raising TPM accordingly to the requirements of the individual needs of salesperson and distributor claims. Assist on all the sampling requisition and packing, STO on stocks from Melaka to TNSA. Assist on weekly sales with forecast analysis and reporting for S&P for sales forecast projections and aging stocks. Assist on sharing weekly sales tracking with targets (BI reports) to salesperson. Assist on all the OEM sticker artwork, carton box artwork and OEM operational related matters. Support marketing on the social media posting contents, liasing with agency. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess or in final year in Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Management or equivalent. Detailed, analytical, strong operational skills in crucial. Basic Analytical Skills in sales reports analysis is highly important. Basic exposure in social media marketing contents will be helpful. Good learning attitude and has passion for food. Pleasant personality with strong communication, presentation and writing skills. Computer literate and competent in MS Office including pivot table. Languages required: Bahasa English, Bahasa Malaysia
