The Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the company to ensure operational efficiency and productivity of each inter department in alignment with strategic goals and meeting the expected timeline set by the management. This role involves managing cross-functional processes, analyzing business performance, and ensuring that operational practices support long-term growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day business operations of the inter department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor operational procedures and manage timeline responses , collection of reports, accounts receivable and issuance of invoices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business operational strategies.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
Identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.
Foster collaboration between departments including Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations and Medical Affairs.
Act as the key liaison between management and staff to ensure smooth communication.
Financial & Resource Management
Oversee financial performance of operations for billing and accounts collections.
Ensuring target collections and issuance of invoices are recorded and documented within the timeline as expected.
Daily report and daily updates are to be reported to management team
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Conduct clientele feedback for management's update on services and quality of specialist reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field in the industry (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of business processes, financial management, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business analytics software.
