Represents Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. (LRISB) to review and approve all commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
Responsible for all sales transactions process through LRISB , ensure all sales documents are in accordance with agreed conditions between Lam Research and customers.
Deliver Lam Research\' s International Headquarter (IHQ) financial and operations commitments.
Team Leadership and Development
Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, encouraging employee engagement, professional growth, and teamwork.
Lead Global Customer Operations (GCO) team based in Malaysia. Support respective functional managers (based out of Malaysia) to oversee their teams\' welfare, skill development, and operational needs to meet their business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders on GCO (Malaysia) team growth plan, and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency in overall GCO.
Represents IHQ in all Lam Manufacturing Malaysia site related matters (e.g. employee events, safety, etc.), cascade critical information. Drive inclusion and acculturation of new employees.
Financial Management
Oversee the GCO team\'s financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Finance, HR, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.
Represent the company in industry events, conference, and other forums to enhance its visibility and reputation.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
15 years in the Sales and Operations in the semiconductor industry, with 10 years in sales/business operations management role. * Experience including working in a global company with multiple international locations including headquarters that is based in United States of America.
Possesses people and organization skills to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, guide team to carry out multiple and intricate tasks.
Has experience in development of business systems to track, manage, benchmark report financial and operations indices across global organizations.

Strong business skills and effective understanding of financial and operations systems.
Understand the sales/customer management and the associated business processes.
Strong inter-personal, communication and business partnering skills.
Demonstrates strong ability to liaison with many levels of people, with skill, tact and diplomacy.

Must be able to collaborate and build positive relationships with other teams within Global Customer Operations and across Lam Research to effectively make recommendations, implement process improvements, etc.
