Job Responsibilities: Provide guidance to leadership teams, bringing deep knowledge of professional services consulting business operations best practices. Establish baseline metrics and analytics, collaborate with leadership team to track, and report on all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly, and monthly goals. Establish and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents that will drive business outcomes and strive for operational excellence. Provide data-driven insights on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and standardized business metrics. Manage dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents. Lead and review the end-to-end execution of annual planning process to include headcount, utilization, and goal planning. Develop and manage annual and multi-year meeting cadence to drive business planning for professional services consulting business. Manage the preparation, agenda, and follow up actions to complete forward looking business plans. Plan and track resource management and assignments to support incoming and on-going sales motions and projects. Timecard and expense entry compliance; drive timely entry of consultant\'s time and expenses across the teams. Collaborate with Project Managers and Practice Leaders to validate project budget, risks, amendments and enforce process compliance. Support management to gain visibility into how we are delivering to customers by working with Project Managers and Practice Leaders. Collaborate with technical and non-technical departments to drive adoption and innovation in processes and tools. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a STEM field (CGPA 3.2+). 5+ years of experience working in a similar capacity within Professional Services or Consulting organization(s), with deep understanding of back-end processes, KPIs and metrics. Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) and project management processes and tooling. Strong Excel experience and the ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations (Pivot Tables, Vlookups.) Demonstrated ability to develop business analytics that help a professional services organization operate smoothly, with views that will meet the needs of other business partners (Finance, Sales Operations, Tax, etc.) Experience preparing and delivering state of the business documents and presentations. Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able and willing to travel within the ASEAN region (up to 25% of time); or work remotely (depending on need).
